Linda S. Hagen

Linda Sue Hagen, age 68, of Dix, Illinois passed away at 9:45 A.M. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, peacefully at her home with her two beloved sons at her side.

She was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William and Rosa (Painter) Bowman.

Linda was employed until recently at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.  She enjoyed embroidering baby bibs and pillow cases for others.  She was the kindest and most loving person to all she knew.

In addition to her loving sons, William and Timothy Hagen, her memories are also cherished by her family, 3 sisters, Stella A. (Scott) Langreder of Collinsville, IL, V. Gail (Jim) Wiggs of Dix, Illinois, Denise (Dan) Losco of Wilmington, Delaware; and one brother, Courtice F. (Chonticha) Bowman, Jr. of Sullivan, Illinois.  Linda has numerous nieces and nephews, along with great nieces and nephews that she loved very much, and was more like a grandmother to them.  She also had so many friends and coworkers that loved her.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Rosa L. Jackson and William Bowman.

It was the wishes of Linda S. Hagen to leave this world peacefully and no ceremony or service.
