Van Houston Williamson Sr.

Van Houston Williamson Sr., 62 of Murphysboro, Illinois passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at his residence.

Van was born on August 20, 1961 in Carrollton, Georgia to the late Umon and Yvonnia (Eakins) Williamson.

Van was a Certified Public Accountant for many years. He enjoyed listening to music with his favorite cocktail. He mostly loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his son, Van Jr; siblings, Stacey, Chris, Ye-Sawanee, Umon, Tonya and Nikkol and a host of other relatives and friends. “Time Heals All Things”

In accordance to the wishes of Van Houston Williamson Sr. cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services scheduled at this time.
