Tony Tite

Tony Tite, was born on July 20, 1963, at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, Illinois. Tony was preceded in death by his father, Esdon Tite, as well as his grandparents, Wilford and Tressie Tite and Bill and Nadine Mitchell, who played a significant role in his life following his father’s passing.

Tony is lovingly survived by his mother, Judith Frye; his brothers, Scott (Amber) Tite and Billy (Sheila) Tite, both of Ozark, Illinois, and John Williams of Georgia; and his sister, Stephanie (Paul) Melton of Indiana. He also leaves behind his beloved sons, Tony “Brock” (Tesha) Tite of Marion and Brent (Erin) Tite of Crab Orchard, as well as his cherished grandchildren, Brooklyne, Mason, Cortland, Tony “Marciano,” and Aliah Tite.

Tony’s love for his children and grandchildren was immeasurable—only God Himself could exceed the depth of his devotion. He was an easygoing soul, proud of his Ozark, Illinois roots, where he grew up surrounded by family and friends who meant the world to him. Tony had a knack for storytelling and never passed up the chance to share a good joke. He treasured the memories of those he held dear and carried them in his heart always.

His passing has left an unfillable void in the lives of those who love him, but the light he brought into this world will never fade. Until we meet again, may he rest in heavenly peace.

Final Arrangements were Lovingly Entrusted to Southern Cremation and Burial Services of Murphysboro, Illinois.
