Thomas R. Prior

Thomas Russell Prior, age 58, of Cave In Rock, Illinois, passed peacefully surrounded by his loved one’s on Saturday, December 18, 2021.

He was born in Valparaiso, Indiana on December 3,1963 to Thomas and Vivian Prior, who both preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather Dennis Tucker and brother Jason Tucker.

Tom was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and brother. He enjoyed spending time with family and being outdoors. His knowledge and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Lindsey, three daughters; Danielle, Amanda, and Madison, one son; Matthew, six grandchildren; Tyrell, DJ, Ma’kyah, Malia, Ariana and Amarriya, four brothers; Brad, Clay (Sandy), Greg (Tina), Bobby (Chelsea), two sisters; Samantha and Ashley, and many other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date per the request of the family.
