Raymond G. Melhuish

Raymond Melhuish was born on October 25, 1940 in Melbourne, Australia, to Robert and Edna Melhuish. He died peacefully, at his home on July 9, 2021, with his loving wife by his side.

At the age of 15 the wondering bug hit Young Ray and he begin to explore and work all over the continent. He drove road trains and operated heavy equipment for several years.

He enjoyed breaking horses, commercial fishing, dove for tropical fish, catching crocodiles, mustered cattle and bull catching.

Raymond came to the United States in 1990's, which was on his bucket list. He held several ranch managing jobs. In 1996 he met and later married his wife Karin. Together they owned and operated a horse hauling business, giving them the opportunity to travel to 48 different states, Canada, and Mexico.

Raymond leaves behind his wife; one sister; one half brother; one stepson; one stepdaughter; two grandsons; two brother-in-laws; one sister-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
