Marvin E. Brewer

 Marvin Eugene Brewer, age 81, of Murphysboro, Illinois passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023 in Carrier Mills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

He was born May 6, 1942 in Carbondale Illinois to the late George Brewer and Zelma Brown.

Marvin was united in holy matrimony to the late Deanna Mildred on February 3, 1966 who preceded him in death, he later met Eva Morefield, they were married on July 28, 2013, who also preceded him in death. 

Marvin was a veteran of the United States Army and a active member of New Life Tabernacle in Murphysboro, Illinois. He loved to worship and he made sure everyone around him knew about the Lord. 

Marvin is survived by his children Mike (Shirley) Brewer, Theresa Clover, Chester (Cassandra) Brewer, Johnathen Brewer, Christine Arnold, Carolyn (Mark Jr.) Bradford; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents; two wives; granddaughter, Breanna Brewer ; great granddaughter, Cortana Faye Brewer; siblings; Jim, Jerry, Charles, Gladys, Mary, Almina, George; son-in-law, Davies Arnold.

Final arrangements were entrusted to Southern Cremation and Burial Services.
